Unequal Distribution of Freshwater Resources in Southwest Asia
"Water, water, every where, Nor any drop to drink" Southwest Asia has over 50% of the world's oil reserves but doesn't have very much freshwater for its people to use for drinking, bathing, irrigation of crops or to use in industry. Having access to freshwater doesn't mean that it will be clean water, fit for people and animals to use. This page should be helpful in understanding what can be done to protect this valuable resource.
